Join us at the 2021 AGM—hosted in a hybrid format for both in-person and virtual participation from our Membership—to learn more about what the NWTRPA achieved over the last year.
The AGM is also an opportunity for NWTRPA members to get involved in shaping recreation in the territory by electing new board members and voting on association business.
This year our AGM will be a hybrid event. That means you can participate in person as a part of our annual conference or virtually. To explain how this will work, we’ve compiled a list of helpful frequently asked questions. Hybrid elections procedures, AGM documents, and a list of Board candidates will soon be available ahead of the AGM.
There will also be prizes! AGM attendees will be entered into a draw for some great draw prizes, including an NWTRPA Patagonia Sweater!

Where: Virtually through GoToMeeting and in person at the Explorer Hotel in Sǫ̀mba K’è / Yellowknife for Conference participants.

Time: 12:15 – 1:15 PM (MST)
Who: Open to the Public. NOTE: Only Members can vote on NWTRPA business and Board Elections.
How to Register
Registration for the AGM closes at 12 PM (MST) on October 19, 2021.
We will be sending out the meeting link to virtual participants prior to the meeting to everyone who is registered.
Membership
You must be a Member of the NWTRPA to vote in the AGM. Your Membership is not considered Active or valid until annual Membership Dues are paid.
