About the Event

The NWT Recreation and Parks Association and Rapid Media are joining forces to host the Paddling Film Festival in Sǫ̀mba K’è/Yellowknife.

Rapid Media's Paddling Film Festival showcases the world's best paddling films to audiences in Canada, United States and around the world. The festival inspires more people to explore rivers, lakes and oceans, push physical and emotional extremes, embrace the lifestyle and appreciate the heritage of the wild places we paddle.

This year we are individually selling tickets for $25 per person. This means that seating is first come first serve. You may need to sit at a table with new friends if you come late! Proceeds from the event will benefit youth paddling in the NWT.

Door prizes From: The NWT On the Land Collaborative, and The NWT Recreation and Parks Association and more TBA. For more information about the Paddling Film Festival, visit: https://www.paddlingfilmfestival.com/
