Reaching Each and Every One Funding Program

Northern nonprofits, community organizations, and Indigenous governments can now apply for grants for community-level projects that remove barriers and increase recreational sport access, participation and retention rates for equity-deserving groups. Funding is provided by the federal government and delivered through the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA) and the NWTRPA.

This initiative seeks to rebuild and increase sport participation rates, particularly amongst Black, Indigenous, racially diverse, 2SLGBTQQIA+, low-income and newcomer populations, as well as people living with disabilities. Projects should be affordable, accessible, green, and focused on recreational sport.

The call for applications will seek proposals from eligible organizations for tiered grant funding support of up to $50,000. All funding must be used by December 31, 2023.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: November 10, 2022

If you have questions or would like support with your application please contact the Regional Project Manager for Northern Canada, Robin Young at ryoung@nwtrpa.org
