All passengers are required by law to wear a facemask covering their mouth and nose at all times during the flight except while actively eating or drinking. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your registration, the NWTRPA must be notified of the cancellation by email. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date and time we receive an email notification as follows:

Up to 7 days before the workshop date – 85% refund

3-6 days before the workshop date – 50% refund

0-2 days before the workshop date – No refund 

Refunds will be provided by cheque.

• Passengers meet and check in with NWTRPA staff at the Polar Bear in the Yellowknife Main Terminal.
• Passengers must arrive no later than 30 minutes before flight departure. 
• Charter flights depart from the Yellowknife Airport Main Terminal.
• Passengers should bring baggage with them to the meeting area for boarding. Baggage weight limit is 50lbs per passenger.
• Regular flight rules apply for all charters.
• Return flights from Fort Smith to Yellowknife do not include trasnportation to Fort Smith Airport from Salt River Forst Nations Conference Builiding.
