Aquatics Recruitment
The NWTRPA assists communities with recruiting aquatic supervisors to run their community summer aquatic programs.
NWTRPA works closely with communities to recruit aquatic leaders from the south for both Community Pool and Waterfront programs.
This includes:
- The delivery of job advertisements to a wide range of locations where potential aquatic leaders may see the advertisement.
- Receiving resumes and grading them according to a set criterion. These resumes are then distributed to the communities who support the hiring of community-based aquatic leaders.
- Workig with communities to sign a Memorandum of Understanding Agreement (pdf) that outlines the expectations of the host community and the NWTRPA.
