Registration Instructions

The following are instructions for signing up for 2017 NWTRPA & Youth Centres Conference using the NWTRPA Membership Portal:

  1. Go to the NWTRPA website: “www.nwtrpa.org”.
  2. Hover over the “Training” tab in the menu in the blue-green bar at the top of the page, then click on the “Annual Conference” menu item.
  3. Click the blue-green “Register Now” button on the right-hand side, under the NWTRPA Conference & Awards logo. (This will take you to the NWTRPA Member Portal where you will complete the rest of your registration)
  4. Click the grey “Register Now” button in the bottom left of the page.
  5. Fill in the Email field and the Code field, and then click the “Next” button in the bottom right of the page.
  6. Click on the “Apply for membership” button, in the blue box above the Registration options (You must apply for membership before you can register for regular registration).
  7. Select your membership level and click the “Next” button in the bottom right of the page.
  8. Fill in the Email field and the Code field, and then click the “Next” button in the bottom right of the page.
  9. Fill in the membership application, and then click the “Next” button in the bottom right of the page.
  10. Choose to your payment method by clicking on either the “Invoice me” or “Pay Online” button. (If you choose the invoice me option, you can still pay online later by following the “Pay invoice online” link in the invoice that is sent to your email)
  11. Click on the “Incomplete event registration “2017 NWTRPA & Youth Centres…” message in the bottom right of the page. This will bring you back to the event registration screen.
  12. Select the “—–> REGULAR REGISTRATION – $275” option.
  13. Fill out your registration details. If you wish to register another attendee, click on the grey “Register Someone Else” button at the bottom of the page (this will allow you to fill in the registration details for as many additional guests as you like).
  14. Choose to your payment method by clicking on either the “Invoice me” or “Pay Online” button. If you choose the invoice me option, you can still pay online later by following the “Pay invoice online” link in the invoice that is sent to your email.
  15. You’re all done! (Note: If you haven’t already paid online, don’t forget to settle the invoice that was sent to your email, as soon as possible).
