It is our hope that candidates will take the time to complete our survey of the specific themes of Physical Inactivity and Recreation and Sport Infrastructure. We have provided some background information within the survey for you.
Please complete the survey by Monday, September 17, 2007. Answers can be emailed to admin@nwtrpa.org or faxed to (867) 669-6791. Please answer each question in less than 125 words.
Survey results will be posted on our website and offered to the media before Thursday, September 20, 2007.
